Sheldon Libfeld has been a driving force in the evolution of the GTA’s real estate landscape for over four decades. After graduating with a BBA in Finance from York University in 1981, he founded a real estate brokerage and soon after became a principal in one of Ontario’s most prominent developers of both low-rise and high-rise communities—shaping complete neighbourhoods and delivering tens of thousands of homes to families across the province.
Sheldon brings a hands-on, forward-thinking approach to every facet of real estate—from land acquisition and residential development to commercial management and customer care. He has served on the boards of industry-defining organizations, including BILD, OHBA, and Tarion, and was past president of and inducted into the BILD Hall of Fame for his enduring contributions to the homebuilding industry.
“I’m a firm believer in service, legacy, and the power of community,” says Sheldon. “For me, building is more than business—it’s about responsibility: to the land, to the families we serve, and to the future we’re shaping together.”
